PORLOCK VISITOR CENTRE ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
Level Access:
There is on-site customer car parking with a disabled parking space.
There are no steps to the entry and exit to the Visitor Centre for information and retail products.
The floor surface is even and there is spacious room inside the building.
There is a public disabled access toilet available from the Visitor Centre car park.
Hearing:
There is a loop system in the Visitor Centre.
The Centre is staffed at all times. In the event of a fire. Staff will assist all visitors to the fire evacuation point.
Visual:
There are signs for information leaflets (black writing on a white background in large font). Staff will assist if required.
