RUINS IN CHARGOT WOODS
We explore features connected with the 19th century iron mining in the Brendons.
First a 1 hour accessible stroll to see Langham Engine House, the hub of a number of mines in this area. Then we go down the steep miners’ track to see the mine entrances and the Bearland flue. We may visit Burrow Farm Engine House or Kennisham Hill.
