Grace Cottage is full of rustic charm and sits in the very heart of Porlock, ideally located in a secluded yet central spot behind the village church.

In 2018 Grace Cottage had a new kitchen fitted and a new log burner has also been added in the sitting room. ​A modern HD TV with sound bar and a DVD player is provided in the living room. Wifi is available in Grace Cottage free of charge and is normally around 70Mbps. The TV is connected to the WiFi and has Chromecast so you can connect your smartphone, tablet or laptop to play your own content. You will need your own subscriptions for streaming services. The sound bar is also bluetooth-enabled so you connect compatible devices and play your own music, etc. 4G is available on Vodafone in the house. Around 70 TV/Radio channels are available should you not want or wish to get connected!

Grace Cottage has two bedrooms – one twin and one double – and a bathroom upstairs as well an extra WC downstairs. It has its own parking space nearby as well as a leafy patio garden which is equipped with outside dining furniture for those quiet holiday evenings.

Grace Cottage is the ideal base for holiday-makers wishing to explore the delights of Exmoor. The open-plan living area is perfect for families, whilst the stairs have fitted handrails and are user-friendly.

Dogs are welcome (maximum 2) and will be charged at £15 per dog per booking.
