Porlock Vale CIC is teaming up with Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership, NHS Somerset Foundation Trust, Living Better team and numerous other organisations to bring you a friendly, welcoming event where you can explore the many ways to stay active, healthy, and independent.

 Enjoy friendly conversations and make new connections
 Pick up tips for living a healthier, independent life
 Fun activities, information, and something for all ages

Whether you’re looking for advice, support, inspiration, or simply a chance to meet new people, everyone is welcome!

Bring your family, friends, and neighbours and help us celebrate health, wellbeing, and community spirit together.

Drop in anytime between 10:30am and 4:00pm—no need to book. Honoured guests include the Deputy Lord Lieutenant, Rear Admiral Ian Moncrieff and High Sheriff of Somerset, Peter Dixon and High Sherriff in Nomination Nina Coad, Rachel Gilmour MP and Mike Best Chair Somerset Council along with local guests and our wonderful community champions.
