Residents of Porlock welcomed visitors from near and far as they opened their gardens for all to see.
Holiday makers and local residents braved one of the hottest days of the year and came to enjoy Porlock Open Gardens in July.
The sunny weather on the weekend made for a very enjoyable time for green fingered and interested visitors to meander around the stunning gardens.
Generous residents have been working hard to make sure their gardens were in tip top condition, despite challenging weather conditions this year.
There were over 20 gardens open throughout Porlock Village and people had the opportunity to explore the lovely gardens which were open and there were lots of conversations with like-minded gardening people.
There was a huge variety on the types of gardens to visit, with many people coming back over both days to see them all. Many gardening tips were shared and it was lovely to have so many visitors enjoying all that Porlock has to offer.
All funds raised go towards keeping Porlock Information Centre open and the Porlock Vale CIC is very grateful for the generous support from all the residents who worked so hard to open their gardens last weekend.
